In the app
Open Saintly, go to your profile, open Settings, then choose Account → Delete account. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Without the app
Email info@abenteuergeist.com with the subject “Saintly account deletion”. Tell us that you want to delete your Saintly account and its associated data. Send the request from your account email address where possible.
If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, include the Apple relay address associated with Saintly if you know it. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on the request. Never send your password, sign-in code or payment details.
What happens to your data
The request covers your Saintly account and associated personal data, including your profile, learning progress and saved conversations. See our Privacy Policy for retention exceptions and information about service providers.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel it with the store or service where you purchased it. In Google Play, open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. For an Apple purchase, use Apple’s subscription settings.
